Welcome to
2nd Grade!!
This year my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding Anniversary. He is my high school sweetheart. We have three grown children all in college; Tyler, Trenton, and Taylor. We have a toy Yorkie named Bentley who is 3 years old and sometimes he likes to come in our classroom for a visit. We enjoy camping, going to California, and just spend time together. Besides teaching, I am a photographer also; for families, seniors, children, and weddings, I love taking pictures! My newest business is Norwex; cleaning green.
I was a paraprofessional for second grade for many years in Brown City and that is what inspired me to become a teacher. Inspiring children to learn and never give up is my passion. I love to see these little minds at work and their smiling faces when then realize what they have accomplished, it brings joy to me.

*Do not interfere with another students
learning
*No talking while the teacher is talking
*Respect everyone
*Keep hands and feet to yourself
*Treat others how you wish to be treated
*No running
*Keep voices at a level 1
Consequences:
1st time- warning
2nd time- lose 5 minutes of recess
3rd time- lose recess
4th time- parent contact
5th time- meet with principal
Homework Policy:
*any unfinished work will be sent home in
their MUSTACHE Homework BAG each night
*students will have small homework
assignments assigned by me nightly
ex. reading, spelling words, vocabulary
words, math facts, etc…..
*work must be finished that night and
returned the very next day
*Friday there will be a ORANGE Friday folder that will come home with any important notes and students checked work
